Lithium Ion batteries contain a management system that needs to draw at least some energy at ALL times to monitor the internal state of the battery. The system will not be able to function below an unhealthy voltage. If it is not recharged soon after, the continuous draw will drop the battery below a healthy voltage. Once it hits that point, you'll have a not chargeable, unusable battery. You must keep it charged at least a 75% range when you are not using your bike or storing it.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed through our website will take 1-2 days for processing and 3-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided with your confirmation email.
What shipping carries do you use?
We use all ground carriers FedEx and UPS. Signature is required for all bike deliveries.
