Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Cosmetic damages will be evaluated for only replacement part or credit for that part.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 - 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be subject to a  $100 cancellation fee and responsible for actual shipping charges plus the initial cost to ship the item.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage of the box or product you should immediately make note of it on the bill of lading when signing for the delivery and retain a copy of it for your records. If your item(s) arrive damaged or with any issues, please contact us within 12 hrs via email with pictures and/or video documentation of any damage or problems.

Our warranty includes 18 months on motor & battery, 12 months for controller and charger. Shipping costs are not included with warranty parts. This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Green Bike USA bicycles purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor.

Please do not call. All customer support requests must be submitted by email to support@greenbikeusa.com. We do not handle warranty or tech support requests by phone. We will not respond if you call. 

Tires, tubes, frame, spokes, kickstand, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle and normal wear and tear
Improper assembly
Improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
Bikes used for commercial activities, including those in rental, demo, or security fleets
